Getting started
The first launch asks for the internet
That is expected. ABC Learning's letters and quizzes are not built into the app — the first launch downloads them and takes a few seconds on any connection. After that the app works with wifi switched off, on a plane, or anywhere with no signal at all.
If it stops on the retry screen, the device has no working connection. Connect and tap Retry; nothing is lost.

Any iPhone or iPad.
Using it
The parental gate
Anything that could change a setting or leave the app is behind a short task a young child cannot complete on their own. This is by design — it keeps a child inside the learning experience and out of device settings by accident.
Learn and Quiz
The Learn tab introduces letters one at a time with sound; Quiz checks what has been learned. Progress is saved automatically as a child goes.
Changing the theme
The Theme screen lets you pick the app's visual style. It sits behind the parental gate along with the rest of Settings.
Storage, privacy and cost
Is there advertising, or anything to buy?
No, and no. ABC Learning is listed in Apple's Kids Category, which forbids advertising and analytics SDKs outright — there are none here, nothing to purchase, no subscription, and no account.
What is collected
Only anonymous crash reports, through Firebase Crashlytics, so we know when the app breaks. No analytics, no tracking. The privacy policy spells out every field.

Requests
New letters, quizzes and content are added by a content update, without a new app version, so a good suggestion can reach your device quickly. Tell us what your child would like to see next.
